Wifi and tv with streaming services and everything a family with children and teens could desire. Kitchen with all the gadgets and bbq for hosting.. You will feel a million miles away but only a 1.2 km walk to the shops. Grab an e bike and explore the bike trails, walk the falls, enjoy the local cafes or just nap.

This property is a mere 3 minutes up the hill from Warburton village but feels much more tucked away. There are two buildings here which were thoughtfully built to face in opposite directions for maximum privacy. Lots to see on the grounds including the creek and lush gardens. If you want to venture further on foot or by mountain bike you will find you are very near the 30 km long O'Shannassy Aqueduct trail and the Warburton trail which goes as far as Lilydale.

Our Warby retreat- lots of nature and a bit of luxury. Nestled amongst the trees with a wonderful deck to sit and relax looking over the mountains of Warburton. Only minutes from the many cafes of the town. Walk to the golf course and along the aqueduct. A fireplace in the lounge, dining kitchen area and two bedrooms, one with a luxury freestanding bath. Fantastic house, ideal for the family getaway we planned with our daughter, son in law, and two grandchildren (grandson 2/1/2 yrs and granddaughter 11 months). The living space, highlighted by the gas log fire, affords great views of the surrounding hills and the location provides easy access to town and a number of points of interest. Our grandson particularly enjoyed spending time by the river and at a number of local playgrounds. We were happy to do a bit of exploring but spending time in the house was equally as enjoyable.
