De Walle is on the 1st floor and has 1 bedroom, 1 fold out sofa bed, sitting and dining area and bathroom, perfect for 2 adults and up to 2 children. The attractive decor and spacious rooms bring cosiness and maximum relaxation. You can make use of our wellness area with rain shower, sauna and wood-fired hot tub at additional charge.

Our house is well located in a quiet and historic quarter and 7 minutes romantic walk along the different canals towards the Grand'Place. We like to welcome our guests, kindly offer breakfast & room service and like to help in case you would need a local restaurant, pub in our area, private parking (17€/nt -upon availability), rent bicycles, use our private sauna (10 €)...

Welkom @ ROES, ons vakantiehuis in Roeselare, het hartje van West-Vlaanderen. Het huis heeft een privé parking en sauna en ligt dicht bij het centrum. Op wandelafstand vind je het trein- en busstation, een supermarkt, een bakker- en beenhouwerij, cafés, restaurants, ... De locatie is perfect voor een city trip, een zakenreis, shopping of ontspanning. En misschien verken je vanuit Roeselare graag de Noordzee of steden zoals Brugge, Ieper, Kortrijk, Gent, Brussel of Antwerpen?

Het huis heeft een capaciteit voor 8p. en heel wat leuke troeven zoals: binnensauna voor 5p, leuke tuin (130m2) met bbq, ligzetels, petanquebaan, ruime keuken en gezellige leefruimte met zithoek, voetbal- en pingpongtafel. Er zijn 2 badkamers beschikbaar, waarvan één volledig is aangepast voor hulpbehoevende personen, net zoals het toilet op de benedenverdieping.
