Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Central to Ogden, town is approx. 5 min away, and resorts are within 30-45 minutes. Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this place has all you need for your travel stay; featuring a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom, queen murphy bed, dining table, sitting area, work desk, WIFI, Cable, and free parking close to the private entry door. No cleaning fees! Also, guests have access to an outdoor enclosure for traveling pets who need a stretch.

There are reclining couches so you can relax while you enjoy a movie on the 85 " TV. 1 King and 1 Queen bed. Full kitchen and 2 in 1 washer dryer. No pets are allowed sorry 😿. You'll be near lots of shopping/restaurants in Riverdale. 25 min to ski resorts. 10 min drive to downtown Ogden and Weber State. Note: Must walk thru 2nd bedroom to access the kitchen & bathroom.

Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance, spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, private, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Attractions within 30 minutes include Lagoon amusement park, and Cherry Hill water park and Pineview dam. Salt Lake International airport is 45 minutes from this home. There is a big backyard that is fenced with patio and bbq grill. Kitchen is fully furnished.
