Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $5/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

This house has a fully furnished kitchen with a coffee bar and all the basic cookware you need. This adorable house built in 1910 has been redone for the perfect artsy getaway! You can ride an electric scooter back and forth from Downtown, or stay closer to home and check out breweries, coffeeshops, and local restaurants. We’ve left a list of all our favorite spots at the air bnb. Free yoga class on Sundays at 11 am at Ebony and Ivory brewery for any booking! NO PARTIES. NO PETS ALLOWED. We love animals, but unfortunately they are not allowed at the air bnb.
