Great spot in West Launceston. Beautiful house with self contained air bnb accomodation on property. Jared and his family were friendly and attentive hosts. Very good communication. The accomodation was well laid out, comfortable, clean and had all the utilities I needed. Very quiet area and a nice view of Launceston. 10/10 would stay again.

we stayed at the cottage to on our way around tasmania as a better 2 night option that a hotel due to more room and more amenities in the cottage. We also had a game of footy at UTAS Stadium on Friday night to see and left early enough to make to hobart to go to Salamanca. The cottage has everything you need and the space to feel at home, you can cook a nice dinner eat at a table, or sit on a couch and watch TV. The cottage is great value and offers more than a hotel at the same nightly price. Thank you so much for having us stay at the cottage

Wow, what an amazing place. Kathie has thought of absolutely everything for her guests with a few little extras thrown in 😉. Unit was very clean and set in a great convienet location just a 5 minute drive into Launceston yet you felt you were out in the country. An amazing view. Even though we didn't meet you we met your husband ( sorry we can't remember his name 😢) who was a wealth of knowledge! Thank you Kathie for proving such an outstanding venue for travellers to enjoy, we loved it ❤️ We'll be back 😉 Regards Mike & Chris

Beautifully renovated heritage home with lots of character. Very close to amenities and easy to find. Very tastefully styled, with a piano, guitar and plenty of other interesting trinkets! Carleen was a lovely, flexible and gracious host who made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
