I was pleased with how clean and tidy Sergios’ accommodation was, and Sergios himself was very pleasant - both to share the accommodation and to chat with! Great recommendations for local amenities and very responsive over message. My privacy was also always respected and I was able to fully relax every day after work. My room was comfortable and homely, with great natural light from the garden-facing window. Overall, I would recommend any prospective guest make the most of Sergios’ hospitality and enjoy his accommodation.

KK's place was the perfect home away from home, it was so roomy and comfortable. Everything you need in accomodation. Close to public transport and main roads. Great location to spend days in Edinburgh and quiet nights at home. Totally worth the walk up the stairs, even with 4 suitcases 😀 Would recommend to everyone!

Relia ist eine wunderbare GAstgeberin, sie hat mir nach einer ziemlich mieslichen Lage (ich hatte einen Verkehrsunfall) schnell und problemlos geholfen, hat einen superschnellen check in ermöglicht und mich wunderbar betreut. Das appartment ist sehr schön, ein toll renoviertes haus, das zimmer war absolut in ordnung, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. auch die mitbewohner waren super nett. Ich kann jedem empfehlen hier zu übernachten, es ist a nice place to be.

A great location if you're wanting to get to both Glasgow and Edinburgh, as we did. At the last minute I had to not travel (broken wrist) but my son was runniing in the Edinburgh marathon and Kirsty easily moved communication to my son. He sent photos of the place and said it was really lovely with everything you could need.

Sv is a very hospitable host and we felt welcomed at her place. Close to Edinburgh and in a safe, residential area. Great anemities. Would stay again.

Annes place was lovely and quiet, comfortable bed, warm room. Ideal for me as i was only there for one day. Lovely lady.

Absolute gem, perfectly located close to city, supermarket, restaurants- everything! Parking on street. So well appointed, new and so clean. Highly recommend

Absolutely faultless stay. I came to Edinburgh for the marathon festival and this place really made it a perfect weekend. Easy enough to get into the city and it was such a cosy clean place to come back to after a long day. Liz is such a kind host - I asked for some advice on getting about for part of my trip a few days before and she was right on it with so many helpful suggestions. Couldn't recommend more.

Great flat to stay for few days. As it was also on the ground floor, it meant that it was accessible to everyone and specially for my elderly parents who the booking was for. Place was clean and well looked after. John was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive when I needed to get in touch. Would highly recommend and it will be my go to if I need to rent somewhere again.

Tommy and Alan communicated well and their place was ready for us when we arrived. Looked just like the photos. Would surely stay here again. Great value for money!

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

This was a large, comfortable apartment, perfectly located for walking all over town.

I would say this place is definitely a grate we gem 💎 we were so happy here Lorraine was so lovely nothing was a bother and on hand anytime 😊 me and my family will definitely be coming back would hiyly recommend coming here I honestly would pay more .there was snacks and a complimentary bottle of prosseco tea coffee milk 🥛 fabulous 👌 5 star 🌟

El departamento es excelente y está puesto a nuevo. Muy bien ubicado y en una zona inmejorable de Edimburgo. La verdad que el trato y la amabilidad de su anfitrión son para destacar. Lo recomendamos para pasar una estadía en pareja, con detalles que sobresalen. Vale la pena!

Lesley was a welcoming, kind and friendly host. Everything was perfect in the apartment and exactly as described. It was helpful to have her living on site as she could assist us with any issues immediately; especially with bad weather warnings and giving directions and tips about the area. She was flexible with the checkout times due to the snow which helped us alot. She facilitated our pet cat very well. We are grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home so warmly and generously. We highly recommend this location as its beautiful and would come again. We give Lesley a full, 5 star thumbs up for her impeccable service. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!
