"Viro" guesthouse-bar in Agios Germanos,Prespes

"Viro" is a traditional guesthouse-bar built in 1921, noted as heritage stone built house, located in the heart of Prespa Region's traditional village Agios Germanos . It has been recently renovated, retaining its traditional character, able to host up to 12 travellers. We provide you a two floor building , with 4 rooms and a living room at the first floor and a full equipped kitchen bar which can be used both as a bar and a place to cook, at the ground floor.There is also a yard for BBQ.

With a great deal of love and consideration, we recently renovated the traditional cottage of our grandmother Rina so it can welcome and accommodate visitors from all over the world! Our cottage is built on the foundations of a house originally constructed in 1930. It is surrounded by a large, green garden ideal for relaxing, reading, playing or having a barbeque with friends. There is also a variety of fresh vegetables thriving on our garden, available for all visitors to enjoy!

Enjoy a stylish experience in this space located on the fifth floor in a building in the city center! The apartment includes two main areas: one bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a King Size bed and a mainly single space where there is a kitchen, living room and dining room! This is where up to four additional people can be accommodated since the two two-seater sofas are converted into beds 120cm wide and 140cm!

The house in the village

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
