The stay is close to South Cross station. There is a tram station right in front of the place, so it is very convenient to reach all the other place even without car.

Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

I could not have been happier with the stay Lorraine and William provided. Everything was exactly I needed, and it ticked all the criteria I look for in an AirBNB. I would happily come back and pay for a second time.

Our family loved Anna’s space. She was so kind and helpful! It was a perfect size for our group of 5. Situated near a tram stop that’s in the free tram zone. We have visited Melbourne many times but this is by far our favourite stay. Super convenient and met our needs of open space for our toddler to expand her energy. Clean apartment and accessible!

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

Beautiful comfortable home in an amazing location. 50m to the beach, right near a tram stop and heaps of cafes and restaurants all in walking distance. The home is gorgeous with every amenity you could think of, coupled with a host Sian that can’t do enough to make sure your stay is perfect. The amount of extras that were supplied was next level. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot. Highly recommend this property.

Spotlessly clean springs to mind. We appreciated the provisions in unit for our use. Very comfortable with modern decor. Great views. Proximity to restaurants trams is amazing just a few minutes' walk away. Would recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would choose to stay again if the opportunity arise.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

We truly enjoyed our family stay here ... it felt like a cosy home away from home! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. From kitchen essentials to laundry facilities, everything was thoughtfully provided, making it so convenient for a travelling family like ours. The panoramic view from the apartment was absolutely stunning~~ A daily "wow" moment for all of us! Watching the skyline change from sunrise to night was one of our favourite parts of the stay and made for some unforgettable memories. Just a small note for future guests: there is only one heater unit located in the living area, and the bedrooms don’t have separate heating. That said, the host provided plenty of extra blankets so we were still warm and cosy throughout the chilly Melbourne nights. It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but worth being aware of.
