The lake is in a quiet zone, so you can relax without motorboats or jet skis. A rowboat and kayak are included. Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. The house is fully equipped, cozy and has beautiful views in every direction. The climate is created by original paintings. It has a large terrace. The Painter's House is located in a large garden with ponds and a small forest. Guests have access to recreation areas in the garden, walking paths, a playground and a fire pits. There are beautiful lakes and forests in the area. This is the perfect place for people who value the closeness of nature.

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.
