Absolutely loved staying at the cottage. They had the fire going by the time we arrived so were welcomed to a lovely, cosy cottage.

The Yellow Duck was the perfect place to stay. Great location, very quiet, and so clean and tidy. Lee was very responsive to any requests or questions and very happy to offer advice on the area that related to the reason for my visit. There was a nice touch of a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates. I would highly recommend the Yellow Duck as a place to stay. It had all amenities that one may need whilst on the road or a weekend away. Hopefully next year when the annual Red Tailed cockatoo count is on, I can utilize the Yellow Duck accommodation again. The cottage and surrounds are so tranquil and beautiful. The kitchen is magnificent with everything you need. Loved the bed linen, warm heating and relaxing in the living room or watching the sunset from the porch. A wonderful place to escape to!

Excellent quiet get away in a beautiful location. Wish I had more time to explore the nature spots around the area. House was beautiful with everything you need located across from the lake with plenty of outdoor area to entertain or relax outside

Perfect place to stop over for a night. Accommodation was per description, clean and comfortable, and ablution block was close by and also clean. I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Great value for the house.We were traveling to Blue Lake and stayed here for one night half way.The house is old and the beds were clean though.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Cottage was clean and tidy with a little basket of kids toys to keep them busy. Pool was a hit and the kids all loved it! Kids enjoyed watching Geoff in the tractor and he gave them a toot as he went on his way.
