The apartment and the amenities were amazing! The location was perfect as it was near a subway, a grocery store, and a shopping center. The host was very communicative whenever we had questions. My favorite part was the view from the apartment. It was simply spectacular! I spent so much time looking out the windows at the beautiful view. We will definitely be back next year.

New loft with great location and leisure

This is probably one of my favorite buildings in Sao Paulo. It is in a very safe area and connects to a business office. The apartment has a beautiful view and the bed is quite comfortable. I stayed for a month and the host did their best to resolve any minor issues that arose. The building amenities are excellent and the pool has the best set up of any place I've ever stayed. I would definitely return.

Super beautiful place. The view from the apartment is really nice. Of course, near the big avenues there is a little noise, but even in that they were concerned with earplugs (but we didn't even use them). Close to many restaurants, malls... all reception, check-in and check-out are done digitally, which makes the whole process agile. I highly recommend it
