Light, private, green space. Easy access to theatres, high street, transport systems and Sea. Large south facing Balcony with pleasant views while drinking a nespresso coffee.... ! There are stairs to access the property with a balcony and so not suitable for disabled. There are facilities for making light snacks with hot plate. microwave, grill, electric frying pan etc. but it is not a kitchen. Suitable for one and cosy for two with mature garden and green views.
