Holiday rentals with a patio in Westcliff-on-Sea

Mark was a gracious and responsive host. Mark pro-actively checked- in with me regarding the comfort and satisfaction of the flat. The flat was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The location felt safe and is an idea location close to the train and within walking distance to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Should I return to Southend-On-Sea, I would book again.

I have just spent 3 lovely nights here with my 2 young daughters. Elaine and Ian were quick to respond to my emails and to confirm the booking. It’s a gorgeous flat in a lovely location, close to all you could need. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a home from home with the most comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this gem of a find!

Stayed at Anand’s COSY one bed flat directly in the heart of Brentwood for 5 nights.Anand is a top guy,very polite and very helpful he was very professional and very easy to communicate with!I couldn’t work something in the flat,so I called him he picked up straight away and told me what to do.The flat is very equipped with everything you needed for a long stay.very nice flat very homely very clean and is very big inside.Theres loads to do around the town..It was very peaceful and had a massive garden too.Just want to say thank you to Anand’s for making my stay very welcoming 👍🏼

Nigel was the perfect host and his apartment was ideal for my stay. Spacious, bright, multiple balconies, great amenities with lots of towels and comfy bed and furnishings. Apartment is nestled in amongst some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes and a short 8-10 min walk from the bars on the seafront. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be booking Nigel’s place.

Visited Leigh On Sea to visit a friend and previous Airbnb was booked up Excellent location near restaurants and shops and secure parking is a massive bonus in Leigh Clean accommodation - ideal for 2 people Loved the Welcome to Leigh In Sea original sign. Good to have the balcony

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Denzel's place! The flat itself is incredibly stylish with a really cool design that we loved. It was the perfect base for our trip. One of the biggest conveniences was the parking. We traveled by car, and being able to park right in front of the house was a huge plus. Denzel provided us with a daily parking permit, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. We were mainly there to visit Rochester, and the flat is super close, making it very easy to get to all the historic sites. We were also pleasantly surprised to find how near we were to the marina, which was a really cool spot to walk around and enjoy.

We had a lovely, relaxing few days stay over the Easter break. Everything was exactly as described, in fact, even better than the photos. Lovely peaceful location, hosted extremely well, with everything you need in well thought out accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

This place is 5 star in everyway. Tina was an excellent host and very responsive. The place was very spacious and clean. Comfy king bed and good shower. There’s a lovely welcome pack. Outside there’s a big outdoor setting overlooking fields and a fully fenced paddock to exercise your dog. Definitely be back!

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

We had such an incredible time at this house. We were all pleasantly surprised at how great the house was and all the amenities. I don’t think the advert does it justice. We were a big group of 21 with 11 little ones who were in HEAVEN. We got very lucky with the weather and spent the whole weekend in the glorious grounds. We brought our own paddling pool and it was perfect. The aspect of the house means you get stunning sunsets and the back terrace is a real sun trap - long evenings sunbathing until 7pm! The surrounding area is stunning and the local village is so beautiful!! Walking distance (even with a million young children) to the village shop and then on to the very well equipped play park. We only wish we could have stayed for a week, the kids never wanted to leave. Some very special memories made here! Rachel the host is on the end of the phone for any questions and was excellent at responding to our queries.

Loved our stay, perfect location for the wedding we attended. House was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Alicia was helpful and welcoming, on hand to answer any questions.

So I always book the accommodation when me and our guys work away We have had some great places down here but when the told me( I was not here the first trip ) about Sat,s place I said okay Nothing but 5 star reviews Now as I book the accommodation I am taking their word! As I write this I am actually here and I can see why they love it Immaculate house Amazing out doors space Sat is an amazing host always keeps in touch Internally and externally this place is class!! Julian is an excellent communicator with fast and helpful responses. I had to change my dates (twice) and he was very accommodating. We took three cars and (with careful parking) they all fitted on the drive. The patio is private and feels secure. Beds are comfy with big, fluffy towels. The fresh milk, tea etc was welcome after a long drive. Tesco just five mins walk away and a leafy river walk is within three mins walk. Very quiet for a central town location. We had hot weather and the cooling fans were a bonus. Washing machine. Can thoroughly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Ryan’s Airbnb for 52 nights, and it was an outstanding experience. It was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near the places I needed to be, with easy access to the Elizabeth Line, making transportation effortless. Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha!
