It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for anyone who wants to be on the edge of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow brinker complex" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/dish towel must be brought, optionally for an extra charge of 20 euros per person.

THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The pedestrian zone is about a 8-minute walk from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes.
