The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the ladies' bike, which is inclusive PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN NEEDED COVERS AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

Whether relaxing beach walks, bathing holidays, shopping or feasting in Westerland, exciting surf cup on Brandenburg beach, concerts in the music shell and much more are within walking distance! 2-room apartment/south-facing balcony on the 2nd floor of an apartment house with elevator on the northern edge of Westerland's center. 2 min. walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 min to Syltness Center/ Kurmittelhaus, swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian zone is about a 8-minute walk from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes.
