We would like to share our 1907 original weatherboard beach house with others as it is so special. Only metres from a stunning long sandy beach, it's a short walk to some great cafes. You have your own entrance, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Rooms have their original jarrah panelling and floorboards and have been recently restored to their original 1907 character. There is a microwave, fridge, kettle and TV in the lounge and both rooms have aircon. Double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.

Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard.
