The penthouse is within walking distance to the beach and has incredible mountain and sea views from its two balconies. It is Superbly positioned in a tranquil setting. The block has a fantastic and well-maintained pool and garden area and 24 hours security so its very safe and secure. Please note that this is strictly a non smoking block. This 2 bedroomed private apartment is on the beach - there is some local vegetation in front of you that provides some privacy. This is a light and airy space - The Living room and bedroom sliding doors open onto the garden overlooking the ocean. A garden gate leads you to the beach and our well known local surfspot Point.
