The house has a large wellness room with a hot tub and souvenir, and in the summer months an outdoor patio is surrounded by vineyards, and a glass of our wine is immersed in a big heated hot tub.

Apartman se nalazi u mirnoj ulici bez puno prometa,okružen maslinama i borovom šumom. Nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući,ima svoj besplatan parking,tv,perilicu,klimu,wifi, veliko dvorište na kojem se ujedno nalazi i prostor za sjedenje,druženje kao i razne igre za djecu,također ima i mogućnost korištenja roštilja. Dieses Zimmer im Haus Christo am Meer hat keinen direkten Meerblick Es sind aber nur wenige Schritte zum kleinen Strand, unseren Sitzplätzen mit Grillplatz am Meer mit Sonnenuntergang .Es ist einfach/traditionell, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Modernen Chic gibt es woanders. Vorhanden sind: Kühlschrank , Wasserkocher, Toaster, Zweiflammenkocher und Kochutensilien.. Bei ruhigem Wetter können unsere Gäste 2 Kajaks benutzen (nach Absprache). Es gibt kein Fernsehen (außer vom Strand aufs Meer).

Das Ferienhaus steht etwas abseits des Haupthauses Lichtblick. Es besticht durch seine Möblierung im Vintage-Stil und verfügt eine Küche mit Esstisch und Kamin, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kabelfernseher und Schlafsofa, separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit einem separaten Garten. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gasherd und gutes WLAN. Im Winter wird das Ferienhaus über Fußbodenheizung geheizt.

Two-family apartment with private garden and private parking-place. On the groundfloor there is a living-room with cooking coin and sofa bed for two people, a bathroom. On the first floor a room with doublebed and bunkbed, another room with two single bed, another bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. Apartment reserved for families, groups of young people are not accepted. No pets allowed.

Room for 1-3 persons. Cozy living-dining room with TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower/WC, large illuminated mirror, make-up mirror. WLAN and parking lot free of charge. Breakfast and bread service bookable. All apartments have fire doors and smoke detectors. Ski and bicycle room. Poppenhausen is 4km away, Gersfeld 6km. Bus stop 3 minutes walk from the house. Shuttle service bookable.

Our house is located 20 meters from the beach, where our private beach tents are located, which are available to our guests. The house is a new building that is still under construction to be able to offer more rooms in the near future. The rooms are on the first floor, while our private apartment is on the ground floor. It is a family home and everyone is welcome, we are looking forward to your visit.

Hiša AVA vas vabi s popolnoma prenovljeno, svetlo, udobno in prostorno notranjostjo. Pri nas se bo odlično počutila družina ali družba, saj je dovolj prostora tudi za 6 oseb. Za sprostitev po dnevu, polnem novih dogodivščin, je tu še zasebna savna. Pomislili smo na vse, da lahko vi pozabite na skrbi in preprosto uživate. Prisrčno dobrodošli v naši alpski hiši ob potoku.
