Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! A larch-wood path leads to the fully equipped chalet, which is built on a large larch-wood platform above the water in the reed bed on Lake Neusiedl. On the front side, you can step directly into the natural pool (0.5 m / 1.6 ft) and use the small rowboat to cross the canal and head out onto the lake.
