A jetty with swimming ladder in front of the door for your boat, SUP, fishing rod or jump in the water. Warm modern decor. Three nice bedrooms with wonderful beds and two luxurious bathrooms. Parking and charging station in front of the door. In the area, you can enjoy cycling and sailing towards Overijssel and Friesland. Restaurants and a well-stocked Spar are within cycling distance.

You will stay in an attractively renovated front house with modern comforts and authentic details. Have you always wanted to sleep in a bedstead? You can! Furthermore, you have access to a large sitting kitchen with oven, Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher. In the spacious sitting room, in addition to the bedstee, you also have a nice sitting/sofa bed with smart TV. The spacious bathroom includes a lovely bathtub and separate shower. The separate bedroom has a nice box spring for a great rest.

De accommodatie biedt met een grootte van 90m2 ruimte aan 6 gasten (plus 2 kleine kinderen), met ruime woonkamer en keuken, drie slaapkamers, badkamer met wc, douche en bubbelbad, apart toilet op 1ste verdieping en ruime (fiets)berging. De paradijselijke tuin van meer dan 1900 vierkante meter, inclusief trampoline, biedt 100% privacy.

Gelegen aan de rivier de Tjonger op de grens van Friesland en Overijssel, geniet je van een uniek stukje Nederland met toegang tot het Friese merengebied. De ideale uitvalsbasis voor dagtochten over land of water. Varen, fietsen, wandelen, zwemmen en meer. Onze vakantiewoning biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk verblijf. Met een warme, moderne inrichting voelt dit huis direct als jouw thuis weg van huis.

Deze comfortabele vrijstaande vakantiewoning, met een flinke tuin met privacy, ligt in een heel rustig klein parkje (± 30 huisjes) in het prachtige landschap van De Friese Wouden, aan de rand van het dorpje Boijl (870 inw.). De zonnige tuin geeft privacy en beschikt over 2 terrassen. Vlakbij zijn de Drentse Koloniën van Weldadigheid (Unesco werelderfgoed) met fraaie dorpen als Frederiksoord (Museum De Proefkolonie). Je kunt er prachtig wandelen, fietsen en zwemmen in het Aekingermeer.

Hiking trails are available from this farm, and you can dive into the woods. Giethoorn 12 km, Overijssel 10 meters and Drenthe 13 km. In short, the location is ideal for exploring the Netherlands! If you come for peace, you are in the right place! The house is full of comforts and you have a large fenced garden, at your disposal.
