Holiday rentals with beach access in Wexford County

Wonderful place to stay off-season. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient and effortless check-in check-out.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

This is the best stay for Traverse City. The location is the absolute best. Everything you want to do in the city is walkable. The parking spot was right across the street and if you wanted to rent additional spots it was very easy to do. Highly recommend!

We were in town for the Bayshore Half Marathon and initially expected a group of five, but it ended up being just two couples. The condo was perfect for our group! The parking was clearly marked, and we had the place to ourselves. It was easy to access, and we even tried out the elevator. At first, we weren’t sure which building was ours since there are several nearby, but once we got our bearings, everything was smooth. The location truly can’t be beat — we were able to walk to almost everything! The views are absolutely stunning. I only wish we had better weather so we could have spent more time outside enjoying them. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, with just the right amount of space for the four of us. Having two bathrooms, a cozy living area, and separated sleeping spaces made our stay really comfortable. We’d love the chance to stay here again in the future!

Top of the Shoppe Apt 1 was great! Perfect location to enjoy downtown and parking at the apartment was a plus. Just above the Omelette Shop which made for an easy, delicious breakfast each morning. At times it could be a bit loud from the local bars music, but to be expected with the location (didn’t impair our sleep though) Would highly recommend if you want to be able to walk the main areas. Short drive to the dunes and a very short walk to a beach. Definitely set up for 2 adults but does have a pack n play for a toddler/infant if needed.

House was just perfect. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Reasonable distance from Traverse City and attractions such as Sleeping Bear dunes. Amazing surroundings and environment. Comfortable beds too. The hot spa was a bonus. Thank you for the gift of wine and Cherry Republic chocolate! Both locally made! We enjoyed our stay!

The place was a perfect stay for our day of golf at Arcadia. Hosts were great and responded quickly with anything we need. Including checking on things we potentially left behind. They could not have been more spot on referring us to Grille 44 for drinks and dinner, walkable if you’re up for it. 10/10 would stay here again!

Shannon’s place is awesome. For the money and what’s offered with the house, you can’t really ask for a better stay. Super close to downtown and walking distance but don’t have to deal with the downtown craziness. Has everything you need and for a great price.

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

Beautiful lakefront property. The host is very kind and always responsive. The host includes so many amenities letting you make the most of the ease of access to the lake. Plenty of space for a big family trip. The location is very close to Trevor City. Yuu are a little close to the road but that isn't too bad. I would definitely love to book again closer to summer. It was a little cold for water activites during our trip. the rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures which is really nice. I would definitely stay again.

We came up for my bachelorette weekend, actually found this place as a last minute deal when our first place fell through. The house was beautiful, and everyone had plenty of room. We were able to check in early and the host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Overall the stay was amazing!! Just watching the sunset and watching the sunrise. Was so beautiful, it felt just like home I even wnt zipping in Boyne and the drive up there was beautiful. I will be back Thank you my husband birthday was perfect

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations made our young family feel at home. Just about everything was walkable, including Clinch Park, and the parking garage and path to the condo was stroller friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Natalia clearly has paid attention to every detail to make the stay relaxing and comfortable.

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The condo is in a great location. Saturday morning we took an easy walk along the lakeshore to the downtown farmers market. We were able to easily walk from front street business district to the condo as well. We will definitely come back to this condo on our next visit to TC!
