The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need for your self-catering stay. Walking distance to the chippy, local cafés, shops and restaurants. Free on-street parking, Pets welcome.

Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Situated on the North West edge of Sheffield, we are in the Peak District, with superb walks, reservoirs, pubs, a golf course and more just a few minutes away. We are also close to halls of residence for Sheffield universities, with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive for jaunts into town. The accommodation is a self contained apartment above our detatched garage, with its own access and everything you need for a getaway in the peaks.

The Milking Parlour is a single storey studio, it is in a quiet enclave composing of a farmhouse, and various renovated farm buildings making up 4 residences. We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.

Free parking too! Also worth noting that access to Sheffield town centre is very easy with a main bus route just 30 seconds walk. Also very easy access to the Peak District.
