Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Little Minka. A serene Japanese folk house nestled on 10 acres of private woodland and streams. Embracing the Wabi-Sabi, Little Minka is unique, handcrafted using Japanese traditional carpentry joinery methods. Soaring ceilings, shoji, and tatami complete the interior. Outside there's a fire pit, open cooking area. We have a wood fired hot tub on request. We have Japanese bathroom products in partnership with sowakanyc that guests can experience.

Welcome to your oasis on the Swiniging Bridge Reservoir! Only 90 minutes from NYC, but a world away. A complete glass wall facing the water allows guests to take in the views and sounds of a babbling brook that feeds into a motorboat lake. This brand new house sleeps 6 adults (or 4 adults and 3 children) and features a full kitchen, free WiFi, bedding, linens, and toiletries. A canoe and paddleboat are also available for your use!
