Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Whitney

This place was perfect for our stay! Great location and the home had everything we needed. The host allowed for early check in (at an additional cost) but the flexibility for us to check in earlier and drop our bags off rather than having to wait until the evening was a great accommodation. The co-host, Talia, was extremely responsive and we never had to wait longer than 30min if we reached out with a question! We did have some issues with the air conditioning not working, but Talia’s responsiveness and proactively sending a repairman more than made up for the time it didn’t work. Wonderful hosts and a great place to stay for a short stint in Vegas!

I’d definitely stay at Shaun’s place again. I like to have fun but when it’s time to rest & relax I prefer a peaceful quiet setting and Shaun’s place provided that. Always hit me back right away if I had any questions and just made the whole process very easy and we loved his place we’ll definitely be staying there from now on when we go to Vegas!

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the decor quite charming. The backyard was spacious and incredibly pretty. In addition to the large kitchen, there is a nice grill on the back patio. Everything was as expected. One thing to note: there are indoor noise detectors (we found that out after getting back from karaoke and having the fun carry over for one rather sloshed group member), so do not book here if you plan to have loud indoor events.

Everything was perfect: the spacious and well-equipped house, the beautiful swimming pool that was necessary with the very warm temperature and the excellent location (very quiet neighborhood), not too far by car from downtown and the Strip. All instructions and information were very clear and well define. Arrival was easy. The hosts responded very quickly to our questions. We would return without hesitation! We had an incredible time in Vegas!

My husband and I traveled to visit his parents. Ari was such a good host and very communicative and flexible. He managed to give us an early check in even though we asked last minute. We got too cold in the pool after foolishly asking for it not to be heated because we didn’t know how the evaporation would make us colder even in summer heat. I texted him asking to turn on the spa and he turned it on within minutes. It was lovely. Love the location and how private it feels. The pool table and arcades were really fun even for my husband’s elderly parents. The host thought of everything. We alerted him that the pool sticks had worn out tips and he overnighted new cue sticks! We really appreciated the extras like the tea kettle, coffee maker, there was even coffee and sugar in the pantry ready to go. Tried to book with him and extend our stay but the spot was already booked. Wish we had stayed longer.

We had an amazing stay at Dwight’s villa in Las Vegas – 2 couples and a toddler. The house is clean, spacious, and incredibly well equipped: full kitchen, coffee machine, spices, baby gear (crib, monitor, high chair), and even welcome treats like Ferrero Rocher and water bottles. The pool is huge, the game room is awesome with a full-size pool table and tons of board games. AC works perfectly, and the beds, pillows, and blankets were all great. Plenty of parking and only 16 minutes from the Strip! Dwight responded fast to every message and even approved late checkout for free. Keyless entry made everything easy. This place is even better than the photos. With over 350 reviews and a 4.94 rating, we expected it to be good – but it was truly outstanding. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Thank you Dwight – we’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying here and having ALL the family together in one place! Michelle and Eddie are the best hosts and were so accommodating to all our needs! We highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely stay here again! It was amazing in every aspect!

LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. What an amazing stay! The host had amazing and clear communication at the moment of booking. We had an AC issue, and the host had it repaired at 9:00 at night. Extremely clean, and matched the photos perfectly. This host was amazing. The massage chairs were life! I would recommend this listing to anyone wanting to stay in Vegas!

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stood in ! The house was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood (quiet hours suck but it’s the rules ) we made it work. We celebrated my friend’s bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been any better. Shawn was very clear on instructions , house was clean , more than enough room I think maybe 2 of the rooms could use a tv but overall outstanding ! Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the house felt incredibly cozy and inviting, making it easy to settle in and relax. We particularly loved the peace and quiet, which allowed us to truly unwind, and the amazing pool was an absolute highlight – perfect for enjoying the sunny days. The host was truly exceptional: attentive, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need, leaving us wanting for nothing. We have no regrets about our stay whatsoever; we truly could not have asked for a better place to enjoy a few days of much-needed relaxation. Highly recommended!

Jason was a great host! He reached out before the trip and during to make sure any of my questions were answered and was prompt in response time. The house is as described in a well populated but quiet area. It was a great spot for a bachelor party weekend for a group of 8 with plenty of room throughout, definitely fit the bachelor vibes. The AC was absolutely needed in the Vegas heat but kept the house cool at all times. Overall would definitely book with Jason again as the process was seamless and the location was not too far from the casinos and night life.
