House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

What an incredible stay!! In the world of sterile Airbnbs, Rein's cottage is a breath of fresh air. We were so bummed to only be there for one night. On an orange orchard (you can pick your own fruit fresh!) with outstanding views, this space is well worth it. It's cozy and clean and warm inside, the kitchen has everything you need. It looks exactly like the photos, if not better. It all just feels really intentional and thoughtful. I felt like I was being considered as a human here, not as a means to make more cash via property. Rein is a gem of a dude, so welcoming and helpful when we first got in, and we have recommended his Airbnb to everyone we can think of. Thank you for the great stay in beautiful Bindoon!!

I’ve stayed in Moore River for a number of years now at different Airbnb’s in town and this property was by far the best one for a number of reasons. Great view, plenty of space for a group inside and outside, and all the amenities you could need and more were provided. Jodie has clearly invested lots of time and energy in making sure the property exceeds expectations. I would 100% recommend and won’t be looking any further when booking accommodation for a weekend away with a group in the future.

My family and me enjoyed our stay in this cosy place. It is dog friendly. Location was good- There were a lot of parks for the kids and a dog park within walking distance. It was a short drive to Yanchep town and the beach. There was an issue with the wifi which was quickly sorted. Ally and Andrew were very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay at their place.

Lovely property in superb location. Views from balcony are wonderful and the sunsets magnificent. Only drawback is that to get the views main living accommodation is up a flight of stars so all shopping, baggage etc also has to be carried up. All in all a a great place with unforgettable sunsets. Highly recommended.
