Studio "Etzel" with kitchenette

The studio “Etzel” is located in the listed Oberhaus on lake Zurich. Since 2021, the elegant wine-grower’s house from 1743 houses a B&B. The studio is located on the raised ground floor of the building and consists of two rooms and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults. Breakfast and sauna can be booked. Shared use of the private access to the lake is included. Parking spaces are available, the train station is 5 min. away from the accommodation.

Premium BnB white, luxus Boxspring Bed

Our 2 rooms are very romantic, quiet and built in our beautiful farmhouse with high-quality materials and attention to detail. Both rooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds 220 x 200 cm. The BnB offers its own entrances and bathrooms. The self-service breakfast is simple (coffee, tea, juice, toast, cheese, yogurt, cereals, etc.). It can be prepared in the unheated anteroom and taken in the room. Parking spaces are available. The bus station is 1 km away.

Stylish Guestroom next to Lake including Breakfast

The beautifully furnished guestroom, the cozy living room as well as the carefully arranged garden ensure perfect relaxation during your stay. The guestroom contains a comfortable 1.60m wide queensize bed and a pullout sleeping couch. The room comfortably fits four people. The bathroom is right across the guestroom and is for use exclusively by our guests. In the morning our guests will be treated with a delicious breakfest.

BnB with Lake Constance view Room Guggenbühl

The room has a French bed 140/200 and is suitable for a couple. It is available with breakfast on request (15./person) and is located in a former guesthouse, which has been breathed back to life. The room is lockable. The breakfast room and terrace are shared with a maximum of two other guests, as well as the bathroom and separate toilet located on the mezzanine. There is another room "Eichenbüchel" listed on Airbnb.

Gurtisspitz Apartment

The apartment has a bedroom with a box spring bed as well as a living area with cozy seating, dining area, kitchenette and a sofa bed. The room offers a TV, a private bathroom with shower, toilet and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher, no oven, no microwave). It has space for 2-4 persons. Stays for 1 night are possible on request. Four-legged friends are welcome in the apartment "Gurtisspitz".

An old mansion with 3 double rooms and 1 single rooms, each with many nice details. We provide a personal service, including breakfast. In our holiday and adventure village we also offer several tepees, chalets and yurts with different sleeping setups. The village with fireplace, adventure playground and leisure meadow is of course also available for our B&B guests.

Our new house was built according to building biology principles and offers you a healthy, pleasant indoor climate. The 4 bedrooms have been furnished with pine furniture and have a TV, internet connection and a sink. The kitchenette can be used by everyone, as well as the wet rooms and the terrace.
