Holiday rentals with a sauna in Willamette River

Loved the thought put into this magical little space. Very comfy and cozy.

We had a place reserved for Mom’s weekend, but put the wrong dates in the field. I contacted Ellen regarding another one of her properties, but it was available. She went beyond what is expected and allowed us to stay at this place even though it was not on our radar. This is an awesome host and I would happily stay at her property again.

Such a funky, stylish overnight experience. Our hosts were welcoming, helpful, and responsive. Grateful to stay at this unique AirBnB experience.

Super cozy spot. Clean and organized. Cute signs for various things around the place. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Only thing to be aware of, which is in the listing, is that the floor above does creak as people move around and you can hear people walking around. There was earplugs provided if that is bothersome. Prompt and friendly responses! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Mary-Yoko's home is in a beautiful Portland neighborhood. She and her husband were welcoming and hospitable. We will definitely return!

We stayed for a week and loved it! The river was in walking distance and the downtown area was beautiful (we visited the soda shop multiple times). The space itself was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and the duckies in the pond were one of our favorite things. Additionally, any time we had issues the host responded almost instantly. We thoroughly enjoyed our nice, quiet stay.

Great view of the ocean with a nice trail down to the beach. Condo was spacious and well-kept, with friendly staff. Pool/Spa have been torn down and new buildings are under construction.

Somehow we ended up finding this gem last minute, and it did not disappoint! The place was stocked with everything you need — especially for a family like ours traveling with young kids. Quiet community, amazing views of the beach, and lots of great places to check out nearby! Would love to stay here again.

This was our 3rd time so feels like a home away from home (especially if you are getting over a bug as we were). Always enjoy our stay at Betta's Cove.

Troy was a great host! He was friendly, communicated the instructions and rules of the apartment clearly, and provided recommendations. The apartment was clean and cozy and had an amazing view of the ocean! It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the Oregon coast. We had a wonderful time at Cindi's place. The condo is spacious and in a great location. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would love to stay there again sometime!

Steal of a deal 👌🏽 Extremely reasonably priced! Right on a golf course, peaceful and friendly vibe around the property. No fancy bells or whistles in the unity, but a very homey space that had many thoughtful touches. Mike and Betsy were beyond accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. We would 100% stay here again!

We came down from Alaska to spend some time with family at the beach and this was the perfect getaway! Beautiful location and amazing home!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and had excellent amenities. It felt like a true vacation. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking utensils!

Loved the home! The theme is wonderful, lots of decor/books available all thru home. Location is ideal - especially for linfield graduation. The host was amazing and so kind.

Tim is super friendly and helpful in the extreme. There was nothing missing and they went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible for enjoying our family for which we were grateful. It is a basement apartment space with the owners living above so perhaps be aware of that. There are large windows with a great view so it doesn’t feel much like a basement. We only point it out so future tenants aren’t surprised like we were. The hosts are wonderful and if you prefer a hosted place you should seriously consider this one.

It’s a very pretty house, comfortably fits 4-5 in the space if you use the fold out bed. Great location if you use the public transit, though the driveway is a little steep for lower profile cars. The host was always responsive, and made our stay very welcoming. Highly recommend this location for a nice chill stay in Portland outside of the city~

We loved our stay at Katie's home. It has been renovated while retaining the wonderful charm of the home. Air conditioning worked great (Portland hit 90) and the home had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and shower worked great. Thanks Katie!

Our first time staying at Rockaway and it was amazing! The space was exactly as described; comfortable, peaceful and it truly felt like home. It was kid-friendly, which made a big difference for our family and we we felt completely at ease the entire time. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and tucked away in a quiet area. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy and responsive. This will be our goto every time we stay at Rockaway.
