We live on the property and are available to assist as needed yet value your privacy. Whether for biking, relaxing or going to the Beaver games, this place is for you! The Sun Room shares 1.5 bathrooms and has a full-sized bed. If arranged in advance, all six of our rooms include a personally cooked breakfast for $20/guest/day.

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms, one king and one queen, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. The kitchenette includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

This is the EAST room and is in our home. The upstairs has 2 guest bedrooms and is only for guests. (The other room is WEST) We live downstairs with our 3 CATS. Your room is quiet, yet 2 blocks away is the popular FOODIE Hawthorne District with many local shops and vintage clothing stores!! My place is close to great views, the city center, and hiking at Silver Falls State Park. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoor space - the fire pit is a great hang out on a nice evening; the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). For breakfast, I provide coffee and toast/bagels. If you want something more substantial, you are welcome to cook in the kitchen.
