Just 2 mins walk to the esplanade, bustling cafes + restaurants on Nelson Place, where you can also have a picnic with a view of the bay and city and a 5 min walk to the train station which will take you directly into CBD. There is free street parking. The apartment has free wifi, Netflix, a queen size bed with storage underneath and wardrobe in each room. My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and trees.

Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 15 mins from the CBD via car or train. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

We stayed here for a week with family and friends. Perfect base for exploring Melbourne and surrounding area. Great walks literally on our doorstep. Good space indoors, more limited outside if fully occupied. Good communication throughout. As we tended to cook for ourselves we have fed back additional supplies which would enhance future stays. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Lovely location and Airbnb! Me and my boyfriend stayed for a week and had a great time. A short walk away from the train station, cute restaurants, parks and beaches. Was a 50 minute train ride into the city, but we honestly didn’t mind since the neighborhood we were in was so cozy and safe. Would love to come and visit again. Thank you so much Mark and Anne! 💜

Bruce, the sailor is a really chilled out host. Always happy to help and around for a chat. He even shared some of his home grown honey. The place was clean and accessible. Will definitely visit again!
