Betty’s garden suite had everything we needed for our long term stay! The Garden Suite is modern, clean, comfortable & a cozy private space. Betty responded immediately to any inquiries we had & was friendly & kind. It was so convenient to have a dedicated, modern washer & dryer within the suite. It was the perfect spot to be situated during our stay in Lloydminster. Loved it!!

Sharon is a very responsive and amazing host! If your ever in town or just want to get out of the house I would recommend Sharon’s unit very quiet and modernized also there is 3 TVs! Most usually have 1 and that’s in the living room, Neighbours are friendly and do not bother anyone and children are very friendly My cat and dog have definitely enjoyed themselves to

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Cole and Ashley’s. The space was very clean and comfortable. The pictures don’t do justice to the openness of the space. It has nice big windows providing plenty of natural light. The instructions provided prior to our stay were very detailed and allowed for a seamless check-in. I did need to reach out to Cole and Ashley during our stay and they were extremely helpful and quick to respond. If you’re in the Lloydminster area I would recommend this space for a home away from home stay.

You'll find this home is tucked away on a quiet street situated on a fully landscaped lot backing onto greenspace. The open concept layout is accentuated by the elegant and trendy finishes that flow throughout, upgraded electrical and stair lighting embellish the modern features, the mother-in-law suite is soundproofed from the main level. 1 Clean Basement Bedrooms with cozy family entertainment area. Situated in a quiet matured neighborhood. It is equipped with wifi and 80" Smart Tv with a built in sound bar surround sound. You will also find yourself relaxing to a quite large couch with a lounge power reclining chair. The house is very close 5mins to restaurants, grocery store and the mall. Home sits on the border or both AB/SK close to the main highways but a quiet street. 10mins to sports arena. Feel At Home Away From Home!

Character Home in Lloydminster

Character Home in the heart of lloydminster. It's got two bedrooms with King beds and a spa like bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is spacious. There's a basement unit in the home which is occupied but you have full, private access to your unit. There's no backyard access but there's a front yard. There is no driveway access but street parking is free. The home has older original flooring and trim which dating back to the early 1900s. We charge a $400 fine for smoking.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at DEE's place! The one bedroom was even better than described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal, close to downtown but still quiet, a short walk to great restaurants. DEE was an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. made it feel like a home away from home. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting and staying there. Thank you for such a fantastic experience! ---
