We felt right at home at Jane's place. everything was as listed, the place was super homey, and Jane was a great host.

We had such a great stay! The host went above and beyond, they called us ahead of time to see if we had any questions or needed anything, which was such a nice touch. They also checked in via text on the day we arrived and again on check-out day to make sure everything went smoothly. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, and it felt like a home away from home. Our kids especially loved the game room and had a blast running around and playing in the spacious yard. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun family getaway during our stay for a wedding. Us adults really enjoyed the views of the river and all the different seating areas.

Great place, plenty of room, good location, responsive host. I will definitely look to stay here again when visiting family.

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Also, it has blackout curtains in the bedroom, so sleeping was wonderful. Host was very responsive to questions, and incredibly welcoming! Will likely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely perfect Labor Day weekend at this incredible house! The place was spotless, and the pool was a hit with everyone—especially with all the fun toys provided. The property is clearly well-maintained, and the attention to detail shows. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. This home is perfect for friends, family, and kids. We will definitely be booking another stay. Highly recommend!

Loria place was exactly as described. wonderful peaceful place to hang out with family. home has a very private feel to it but close enough to grocery store or restaurants. Loria was very quick to respond to any questions. we were able to kayak and tube down the river as well as enjoy the perfectly heated pool! thanks again for hosting us on our family vacation!

Easy, comfortable, and fun home. This place was great for our two families with 4 kids under 9 years. We could have easily had a 3rd family stay with us too. The kids were entertained for hours, leaving the parents to relax and enjoy each other’s company. And bonus, this place is directly across the road from a playground! We’ll definitely book this place again. Highly recommend!

Wow, wow, wow!! Nestled in a quaint, quiet neighborhood in Rockford ,this awesome, spacious gem of a home had all we hoped for our little family reunion. The grounds, home and pool were immaculate! We all slept like babies in the cozy beds, we had everything we needed in the kitchen as we decided to eat all our meals at home and the ammenities were quite popular! We had our two grandsons with us. It was such a delight watching their eyes light up over the super hero themed bedrooms, the free arcade, the movie theater and the fabulous heated pool. Philip was an awesome host. He was so thoughtful, and kind and anwered all our questions. We would definately rent this fabulous home again. Thank you Philip for helping make our stay memorable. Very cosy and calming place just one street away from the riverfront at Edgewater. The place was spotless and very comfy. The beds had amazingly pretty linen and the kitchen was spotless and well stocked. Thank you for a super memorable stay.

The house was very nice, clean and good location for a little more room needed. I enjoyed our time and had plenty of room for my husband and myself. Julie the host was super responsive and helpful. The book that was provided was extremely useful and instructions clear. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

If we come back to Rockford, we would definitely stay at this location agian! So beautiful, relaxing, affordable wmin a great private location.

Walter is a rockstar replier to messages. He is faster than anyone could ever expect. The backyard screened in area was very enjoyable. There is a slight smell that goes through the place from the basement, but upstairs it wasn't very apparent. The bathroom is nicely renovated, it has a shower curtain and a shower curtain over the window in the bathroom. The king size bed is very soft, and the smaller bed is very firm. All just things someone may want to know. Such a nice location and a great price!

This place was perfect for a bachelorette weekend!! Lots of space, lots of things to do at the house itself, and lots of helpful info from the hosts! Hosts even left us a bottle of prosecco upon arrival! Also, the hidden zip line in the backyard was not listed as an amenity but was such an added bonus:) such a great place to stay!!

This home was great! Very open with plenty of space and built to entertain. The home is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Rockford area located right in the heart of Loves Park, Illinois. Great place and the hosts were great. Thanks again for everything!

We really liked the home! It had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable space, it felt like home. The couch and bed was very comfortable and loved the soft duvet and clean sheets. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and felt safe the entire time. Having our own 2 car garage was a bonus. Anmol was a very responsive host and he was so polite and helpful. We have no regrets staying here, and would love to come back next time we visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of mature landscaping. Plenty of room for our five adults. Good communication throughout the rental process.

My stay at Michelle's home was very peaceful. Great neighborhood and the home was very well kept with extra amenities such as the work out area. I loved that my family could stay in a home and felt like we were at home. Highly recommended and the host is easy to work with and very informative.

Peaceful wooded setting, yet located on a nearby highway, so easy access to anywhere you’d like to go. Mary is extremely friendly, helpful, and makes you feel so welcome in her home. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
