The condo is nestled right next to a great creek that is up the mountain enough to be away from any hustle and bustle but Downtown Winter Park is walking distance. Kitchen is fully equipped and one bedroom has king size bed, one bedroom has queen sized bed one bedroom has two single beds and the living room couch is a sleeper.

It is a 3-minute bus ride and frequents every 15 minutes in the winter. Free covered parking is included on a first-come basis. All new kitchen appliances installed in February 2024! Note: There's no A/C in the unit, but there is an evaporative cooler to help keep the unit cool in summer.
