The studio has a kitchen, bathroom, and a combined bedroom/dining/work area with blackout curtains to keep the space comfortable for those who want to sleep in. Wifi is 400 Mbps. Host pays 100% of Airbnb fees.

The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. Enjoy being surrounded by forest while you relax in the hammock or bbq on the deck. Step back in time in the vaulted wood rooms, warm fireplace, modern amenities including A/C and comfy bedding. A short walk to the swimming pool, little stream, general store and cafe. A perfect romantic getaway, or for the whole family!

Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.
