Holiday rentals with lake access in Wollaston

We had such a wonderful weekend at this beautiful lakeside cottage, celebrating a belated Mother's Day with our friends and mothers. The host was fantastic – very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and we really appreciated the tranquility and escape from the busy city. We'd definitely recommend this great getaway to anyone looking for a relaxing time with loved ones.

The place was clean, cozy, and it was exactly like the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The check-in and check-out and garbage disposal process was very clear and detailed, as the host provided an easy to follow instruction. We'll definitely come back!

Art’s place is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. It’s a big property with lots of space. The waterfront was pristine with clear water and no weeds. The interior has plenty of space to play games, enjoy the view and simply just relax. We would love to spend an entire week there the next time if Art would welcome us back.

We had a magical stay! The cottage is very charming. You have your own dock leading to a very clear and swimmable lake. Great view and piece of property that our dog could explore. Gloria offered to bring us to a neighbour’s farm to pet the goats and other animals, which was the highlight of our trip. Gloria is also very responsive, kind and thoughtful - she had a lil gift for our dog Ariel. Highly recommend!!

Had a wonderful stay! Hunt was super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with stylish furniture that made it feel cozy. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was also just a short, pleasant walk to the city—perfect for exploring. Check-in was quick and easy, and the host even provided some great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

A friend and I decided to head north for a quick night away. Taurean’s “King’s Den” apartment was the perfect choice! A gorgeous accommodation, filled with special little extras and attention to detail! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Wonderful hosts with outstanding HOT homemade breakfasts! Really appreciated the extra perks of magnifier make-up mirror, house coat, lush towels, several Keurig coffee pod choices and 2 choices for my own private exterior sitting area. Level access and close parking to entrance, extra wide interior doors. MaryAnn was spot on for my food choices even including 10% cream for my morning coffee and crisp bacon. Very large space with two large bedrooms, slept like a baby and the TV included all the streaming you would want Close to Art College and short drive into town of Haliburton. It was a bit chilly for June but Gerry turned on the propane fireplace then all was cozy. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

If you want to discover Prince Edward County, you're in the right place. The location is ideal and allows you to visit the main tourist places without traveling too far. Close to Sandbanks, numerous vineyards and ect. It is also very convenient to be close to the city. In addition, Christina lends a pass to access the National Parks. The place is perfect for two people. Everything is practical and access is really very easy. The balcony and the view facing the lake is incredible. The sunset was just exceptional.

Our hosts Ron and Susan were very quick to respond to all queries. They were helpful and friendly. Check in was very easy and Susan showed us around the property. The property was clean and spacious with a nautical themed decor. It is as shown on the photos located on the banks of the lake. The surroundings are beautiful. A car is essential for getting around in the Huntsville area and the parking space was always available as described. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. A large supermarket is close by (10 min) drive. This is an ideal location for exploring the beautiful Canadian countryside. We would recommend staying here. Thank you Susan and Ron

Travelling in an area which is a little under serviced for accommodations. This wonder apartment was a great stop on our journey. Very interesting history of the property, so pleased the host to preserve and share it with others.

Kiki's place is like a little piece of heaven with a lake attached to it. If you want quiet, comfortable, and cosy, you don't have to look any further than this.

Not only was the cottage & property absolutely breathtaking, Kimberly was great at responding to any questions I had leading up to our trip and gave us a great tip on navigating the drive up. She also provided a variety of basic condiments, spices, all the bath towels, and kitchen utensils you would need so we were really able to feel comfortable and make this place feel like home away from home for the weekend. They also provided clear, fool-proof instructions on starting up the sauna and indoor fireplace. Would 100% recommend to others & book again for myself! Thank you Kimberly!

We had an amazing stay at Greg’s cottage. It was the perfect getaway and the perfect mix between cozy cottage and fancy amenities! We loved the sauna and the hot tub, they were amazing additions to Greg’s. The beds were super comfortable as well which is always a plus at a cottage. We had a wonderful stay at Anna & Aron's cozy and beautiful lake view home. The location was peaceful and relaxing, just about 1.5 hours from Algonquin Park where we spent a lovely day canoeing and enjoying nature. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Our group had a wonderful stay at the cottage! Cassidy was very communicative and the amenities were top notch - we enjoyed the lakefront view, kayak, sauna and hot tub. Fresh towels and laundry within the cottage made everything super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This cottage was amazing. The place was entirely as described and the prior reviews were spot on. Roxana was very helpful, gave tons of recommendations and was very kind and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the AC was perfect and I literally can’t think of a single critique. A really nice touch with the s’mores station that my kid basically ate all of. We will definitely be back!!
