The last house in the alley

About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

Heary has left Hwangnidan-gil and created a peaceful and tranquil new space near the Millennium Forest Garden in Namsan, Gyeongju. Enjoy a relaxing break in nature. Includes breakfast prepared in the Korean (or Western) style, and We provide most amenities, including clean bedding, air conditioning, a private bathroom, shower supplies, and a hair dryer. (The accommodation fee includes breakfast.) The price is based on one room for two people, and an additional fee (60,000 won per person) will be charged for additional guests. *Ondol bedding is provided instead of a bed. * Toothbrush is not provided. *Reservations for commercial filming are not allowed. It is located in the heart of downtown 'Gyeongju', the ancient capital of Silla. Based on 4 people, this is a 100m2 private emotional kids accommodation that is not shared with other guests. We recommend 'Dongseong Road Stay' for those who need a quiet rest while feeling the atmosphere of Gyeongju. It is made into a warm kids room with a slide and a mat ball pool. You can play with your beloved children and let them run around freely. Parents can also enjoy a cup of tea. holiday in Gyeongju_private house (barbecue x, pet x)

While preparing this accommodation, I kept thinking about the phrase "summer race". Since there are not many high-rise buildings in Gyeongju, the cramped houses cannot block the hot summer sun, but the colorful colors of summer that are clearly visible fill the eyes and mind coolly. The first sip of a cool glass of beer or iced coffee while riding a bike through the hills on a summer night, listening to your favorite song, is the feeling that I've moved to "holiday in Gyeongju". I believe that my heart will be passed on to everyone who stays here:) Even if you don't stay at our accommodation, I hope you will come to visit at least once while living in "Summer Gyeongju":)

El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
