The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. This vintage pink gem gleams from the heart of downtown San Marcos and is walking distance to a river swim, beautiful parks, Texas university and the downtown square. H‑E‑B, pizza, coffee shops and bars are in the same block so go explore! I own and run a vintage shop and design studio downstairs but haven't opened yet so you will have the place to yourself and the upstairs is completely yours to enjoy!
