Very convenient location with all basic amenities provided. Very worthwhile for its price.

We lived in the flat for 4 months. The area is cool, you go out and are in the center of Mongkok. What I especially liked about it was that you don‘t have to walk up any hill (in comparison to HK Island). The flat itself is quite big for two people. It has a big living room and the rooms have a good size. Only thing which I didn‘t like was the bathroom because the shower is over the toilet so the room gets wet after showering. But this is something that you find in a lot of Hong Kong apartments. And the kitchen & bathroom have an open ventilation system so that quite a lot of mosquitos could come in. All in all I really liked my time in this flat and I can recommend it for a long time stay. The hosts were very fast in responding and were very helpful with all matters.

Kitty's place was perfect for my family of 7. We each have a comfortable bed to sleep in and the place was clean, too. Kitty was also very responsive to my questions. She assisted me in my every query.

Gute Lage. 15 Minuten zu Fuß von West Kowloon Railway Station. Gut erreichbar zum U Bahnstation. Nette Kommunikation. Der Teppich war nicht sehr sauber aber die Preisleistung im Verhältnis von Hongkong ist sehr gut.

性价比超高，距离地铁站位置优越。房东姐姐人很好，沟通回复及时。房间 生活用品配备很齐全，有家的温馨感。下次再来香港还会选择这里，很满意！

这是一间可爱的房子，离西贡码头较近，地理位置优越，房间里物品齐全，应有尽有，很好住，下次来西贡还会再订这个房子。

Great spot, and was exactly what I expected from the photos. The bed is firm and super comfortable, towels and linens were fresh but not overly scented. There were a few nights where I could hear neighbours chatting but they always went quiet by bedtime. The room is small, I’m quite tall and had a lot of work gear with me so space took a bit of time to sort out, but Melinda has set up the main wall with a peg board, hangers and moveable shelves which allowed me to organize my stuff. Shower/bathroom very clean, water temperature good and responsive. Nice lighting, air conditioner works great, location was perfect. It felt cozy to be among people who actually live there, not just other tourists. Having that little kitchenette was so handy, and I loved watching pigeons from the window. Would stay there again :)

距離地鐵站不遠，走路方便，附近有餐廳、咖啡廳、超市…買東西都方便，房東人很好，有問題也很即時回覆。

The place is easy to locate. Just nearest Jordan Station and near the Airport bus station. The building where the unit is located is currently renovating. So you will hear a constructions going on. We just heard them on our last day. But when you enter the place is beautiful and spacious same with the pictures posted, all the amenities and everything were well thought out, just what guest were looking for. Around the building there are so much restaurants and authentic resto you can choose. I highly recommend this place 😎

Dimas' apartment has been wonderful for our duration of stay. Sharelle, Dimas' helper, had been very accommodating. On the day of arrival we arrived late, around 9pm, and she waited for us in the foyer and gave us the card key as well as showed us around the apartment. We could not thank her enough for giving her time and replies as soon as possible to anything we needed within the hour of sending text messages. The place is beautiful, clean, bright, and quiet on a high floor. As the pictures suggest, it looks out to a fascinating view of the harbour. Every evening, we would turn off the light to admire the sparkling skyline reflecting off the waters of the harbour. The bus station and taxi station are right at the building, and the Hong Hom subway station is a mere 10 minute easy walk away. One of the best things is that the A21 bus, which goes between the Airport and Hong Hom station, has the end station at Hong Hom. That guarantees that you get the best seats and luggage space.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit James. Sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist etwas unorthodox für europäische Verhältnisse, aber hey: Ihr seid in Hongkong ; -) Kurze Wege zu allem was man braucht. MTR, 7-eleven und verhungern muss man auch nicht. Der Hafen ist zu Fuß auch in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, falls man das Meer sehen möchte. Gerne bald wieder!

超级温馨的小房间，很干净，设备齐全，而且很方便出行 ! 房东也非常非常好，解决问题很及时。大致地方我粗略标了一下见下图：飞机到达或者铁路到达都很方便，街区后边有711，店员姐姐超级好。离油麻地红磡都很近。内地的游客用高德，用高德，用高德!!!不然可能会偏差!

Lai is a great host. She gave us a lot of details about the apartment - its size, its state and its availability. We needed to rent the place for one day less than the posted requirement and Lai was very accommodating and helpful. The place has everything you need. The location is perfect. The apartment can accommodate 2-3 people. It has 2 small separate bedrooms, one of which has a twin bed, and a small kitchen/dining area. There is a laundry machine and a dryer in the hallway and it’s shared with the adjacent apartments. We used it twice and never had any problems. The place is small which is normal for a Hong Kong apartment. It is a very good value for the price. If there are 3 people there, it may be a bit difficult to move around but for sleeping is fine. There were two of us and it was perfect. Lai provided everything. The apartment was clean and tidy. Overall it was a great experience.

Located in front the Ladies Market, 5 min walk to MTR Yong Mau Tei or Mong Kok, great location

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage. Alles war einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat mir bei allem geholfen und mir alle Sorgen genommen. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall!

这套公寓其实是短租的新天地酒店，卫生间和房间都有窗户，面积够大，20多平米，进入酒店大堂需要提着行李走一段楼梯，可以找前台帮忙，热水很大很舒服，有小冰箱，冷冻冷藏都有，很安静，晚上没啥噪音，交通去哪里都很方便，如果从机场过来，A21一部车即可，不用倒腾地铁
