This is M.PLACE, located in a quiet housing complex near Kachiul Station (Line 7). It is a space on the third floor. It is a space where you can feel warm and vintage with white-tone wood furniture and floors. The main room (Room A) receives trending sunlight in the morning and west-facing sunshine about 30 minutes after 4pm, and is connected to the terrace. There are two rooms, along with a small room, and it consists of a living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The neighborhood has a cute housing complex and cafe streets, so you can feel the quiet scenery, but also have fun exploring the eclectic cafes. The space we provide is listed below: a. Room A - There is a bed and a sofa for relaxing, and an outdoor terrace leads to it. b. Room B - This is a smaller room than Room A. It is equipped with a bed and a clothes rack. c. -Full kitchen with basic catering. c. Toilet -Shower and toilet are neat and clean. * Parties are not allowed as it is a quiet residential area.

Laundry and change of linens for each booking. We disinfect all appliances/furniture/alcohol and ensure cleanliness and safety. (My personality is so meticulous. You really don't need to worry about the hygiene.) It is located in a downtown area, so you can access all the amenities you want on foot (department stores, large marts, movie theaters, banks, government offices, etc.). It is the best location in Bucheon. We provide a privacy accommodation with self-check-in.
