Great communication and generous helpful hosts. We had a girls long weekend and chose this location for the views especially from the balcony and close access to the local cafe. The home had all the amenities we needed from kitchen to cook, laundry so we could do a load after the beach and games to play. Marc and Kathleen are excellent communicators and we were really impressed with the google doc that contained clear direction, amenities, shops in Cape Paterson and nearby areas to explore. Thank you!

We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Cape Paterson to celebrate my nephew’s 5th birthday, and the experience was truly heartwarming. I had requested some simple birthday decorations for him, and to our surprise, the staff went above and beyond — they arranged everything beautifully without charging us anything extra! The decorations made the day so special for my nephew, and we’re really grateful. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful and well set out. The estate is so quiet and filled with amazing animals and sights. The only suggestion I would make is to maybe add 2 more heaters for each of the rooms as the one heater that they do have works so well and makes the room very cozy! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great overnight stay at Frank's place. It was private and peaceful and Frank was great with local recommendations. Would recommend a stay here!
