This is a unique and spacious studio apartment with everything you need. Large living area, full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. About 14 mins (11 mi) to Camden Clark Hospital in Parkersburg & 8.9 mi to MMH-Belpre. Just a few minutes from Washington Works Plant (Dupont). About 30 mins to Marietta. Located on quiet dead end street. The unit is located above the garage, attached to the main house where the owner and kids live. I promise that you will have a clean, nice place to stay!

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.
