Sandalwood House is a large classically styled house with lovely high ceilings and beautiful recently refurbished wooden floors. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite and all beds are fitted with electric blankets. It has a large kitchen/eating area and a separate dining room with a character table that seats 10. Generous parking available and also a covered garage. Walking distance to the town and amenities including the Library/ Art Gallery, Premier Mill Hotel/Dome and the Rec Centre.

Enjoy a bush experience at this centrally located Nanny Flat with external access. Far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet bush life but close to The Katanning Country Club to enjoy Golf, Bowls, Squash or Tennis. A short walk to the lake and hospital and Katanning town centre to experience all of Katannings restaurant's and bars. Access to pool and bar area with own kitchenette, shower and toilet, Google TV and Airfryer and all other utensils and amenities. A peaceful country experience.

Historic Mongup Farm Stay

This is a special treat for history enthusiasts, set on one of the earliest established farms in WA history, dating back to 1850. Ideal for a digital detox in a low EMF location, yet with the optional convenience of fast WiFi and phone signal booster.

The Back Rooms (Entire Place)

Well-equipped property in Darkan. The back rooms provide self-catering accommodation for those who may be visiting Darkan for work, or travellers just passing through. This place has three bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own lock. Room 1 has a queen-sized bed, Room 2 has a queen-sized bed and Room 3 has a double bed and a single bed. The place can host a maximum of six people. There is a large well-equipped kitchen and living area, a bathroom, laundry, and second toilet.

Yardup Cottage

Built in the early 1900's, Yardup Cottage has been lovingly restored and offers private farm accommodation with stunning views of the Stirling Ranges which are only 15 minutes away. The cottage is not suitable for children or pets due it’s age & delicate nature. The spectacular South Coast, Porongurup Range & Bremer Bay Canyon are all in close proximity making Yardup Cottage the perfect base to explore the area. Albany is a scenic one hour drive.

Happy Valley Farm Cottage

A cosy, country, cottage - the perfect place for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Happy Valley Farm Cottage is nestled in the heart of the Great Southern in the locality of Westwood. It is located on a working sheep and grain farm and is only 15km from the regional centre of Katanning. Whilst you enjoy the peace and serenity of your natural surroundings you can rest assured that anything you might need is only a short drive away.

Nessy's Nest Cottage

Nessy's Nest is a cosy, historical cottage in the heart of Narrogin (circa 1890) at the gateway of Western Australia's Upper Great Southern Region. 2 minute walk to shops and the centre of town, and 2 minute drive to the indoor swimming and sporting precincts and newly opened skate park. 20 metres from a lovely afternoon walk along the winning sculpture park of Narrogin Creek, the newly renovated railway museum.

Carol’s Cottage

Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. This little cottage is fully self contained. It is embedded into our garden with access through the back. There is a coded walk through gate and you can park within the property. You just have to open and close the gates manually. There is a fully operational pool which can be used by all guests as well as owners. The photographs show the beauty of the cottage.

Delightful Sage Cottage

Five bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms (one with shower over bath). Plenty of room for everyone. Spacious and comfortable home with lots of amenities. We don’t charge a cleaning fee and our nightly rate applies for the first two guests and additional $30 per guest after that. The house is not set-up for young children, however they are welcome.
