This cottage is an easy stroll to the hip and restaurant clad, vibrant neighborhood of Fremont, or for a more metropolitan Seattle experience, the heart of downtown and Pike Market is less than 3 miles from the cottage doorstep. This very private, very quiet and self-cointained unit is accessible through the the alley (30 feet from plenty of street parking). Cottage front door is on second level with stairs, above garage area. The cottage is a stand alone building. No shared space or access with main house.
