Great sized apartment for my one week stay in Singapore. Was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Appreciated the close proximity to shops, public transport and for Leon’s assistance. Would definitely recommend!

I thought the apartment was much better in real life than the photos, the photos didn't capture how comfortable the beds were, or how hot the shower was. the location is amazing, a quick ride on the 190 or 972 bus into the City, or Orchard Rd, 400m away from srevens train station, or a $10 Grab into the City. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Check-in and check-out process were easy and smooth. Accommodation was well furnished, well maintained, clean and looked just like the photos. Air-con, ceiling fans, TV, fridge and water heaters all worked fine. Great experience.

The unit was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The host provided clear and friendly instructions, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Everything was in good order, and I had no issues during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Awesome place feels just like home.

The apartment looked exactly true to the pictures, the room was very clean and the household appliances works well and the items were well stocked. Check in and check out instructions were very detailed and owner was very responsive and replied to our queries promptly. The only downside is that due to the location of the apartment block, data connection is quite bad as we were unable to use our mobile data after leaving our room. We had to walk to the other blocks to regain data connection. However, wifi provided by the owner is really strong and we had no connection issues in the room. Overall, had a really good stay here and another plus point is the are a lot of facilities available there including gym, snooker room and pool.

The photos matched the description and the house was relatively clean. Only small issue was probably the lack of a hair dryer.

Koh made the check in process very straightforward and was also flexible with the check out timing when we had overslept! The place is nice with a great balcony view and projector works great with the blinds shut. Would stay over again :)

A spacious and comfortable place in a good location for a short trip with friends and family. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a very nice apartment , very cozy and have 5 star hotel service. The host really think of the guuest comfort. Very recomenned. will stay here again next visit. note ; the floor but quite slipery, maybe too clean ...... except that everything is perfect .
