Room with kitchenette + ensuite

LindaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This was a great place to stay. We had a car and Morven’s place is a great place to easily access The Brisbane Entertainment Centre and also easy to get to a number of clubs for dinner. The locked front gate and the entry system made one feel very secure. The unit was exactly as described on the site which is always very pleasing. The unit was spotlessly clean and maintained. It is very spacious. There is an extremely comfortable king size bed. All in all, a perfect place for a couple for a short stay. Topped off by a very well behaved dog who visited us a couple of times. We would certainly stay here again. The communication with Moven was excellent and very timely.

Tidy room in a modern family home

VirginiaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
When I saw the full 5 star rating I felt a little sus. But reading the reviews I figured it’s a solid shot trying it out. And let me tell you the 5 stars check out!! You get a super comfy room downstairs and have your own bathroom. Their garden and property is super nice. Clementina and Alex, including their children made me feel at home. Super welcoming, never felt like I bothered them, they let me come with them for grocery shopping cause it aligned and it was super nice. Did not expect this kind of hosting for a airbnb but I am so grateful I started my journey here! Wish I stayed for longer!!! The bus is literally 2-3 min walk away and the 235/225 bus takes you to the cbd in like 20-30min depending on traffic. There’s a super cute cafè near them and a awsome dog park. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a slower part or the city, beautiful area to walk around. A bit hilly but good exercise! Thank you Alex and Clementina! 🧚‍♂️

Beautifully restored classic Queenslander

KateRating, 5 stars2 days ago
A beautiful wooden Queenslander home in Clayfield with a beautifully kept yard in a stunning location. Inside is decorated beautifully and very modern yet with a slight farmhouse feel. Beds super comfy in large sized rooms, living room very stylish with everything you need. The outside front porch a great place to sit and enjoy a drink and the bathroom a stand out hit with walk in shower and raised bath. We very much enjoyed our time at Brooke's place and even though she was doing some renovations to her carport, we were compensated with a lovely bottle of bubbly for the inconvenience. There is a great little cafe (Let Minnow) around the corner too for a great breakfast which is a five minute walk away. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful home.

Comfy, quiet room near the Prince Charles Hospital

I am not used to airbnbs however Claude and Vicki made me feel very welcome and were very inviting. Claude had a fire out the back and I was lucky enough to taste his wonderful Indian cooking. It was a cold snap in Brisbane and Vicki had put fleecey sheets and a lovely warm doona on the bed. The shower was lovely and hot and I had a great nights sleep. Thankyou again Vicki and Claude.

Comfortable queen room close to the airport.

Chen YuRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Nice price for what you got, the rooms are cleaned and cozy, and just feels like home. The only downside is that you can’t lock the room, and the house is shared by 4 rooms, so probably not a good idea to left valuables in room.
