Fantastic stay for my wife and I's anniversary, host was incredibly kind, and the condo was everything we wanted and more! So close to the beach, and in such an easy to get to location! highly recommend

Kathy and Johns place had an easy check in process. The house is very nice and clean. It was just the right size for the 2 of us. The house is very clean and located mins from the beach. It rained two of the days we were there. We stayed in, the area is very quiet and relaxing. Kathy or John was very responsive if we had any questions. If we go back, I would love to stay here again.

Identical to pictures! Beautiful rental in convenient location. The beach and boardwalk were easily walkable and having Fish Tales next door was convenient! My only suggestion would be is to bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper, there are no shades on kitchen windows so it’s very bright in the early morning since it’s all connected. It helped us to get up and moving in the morning so we didn’t mind. Morgan was quick to reply to messages and a very gracious owner! We will definitely be back.

Hand down what an AIRBNB is supposed to be. The place is just like the pictures and smells crystal clean upon arrival. The mattress and linens were so comfortable it had me wanting to replace my mattress! This was the perfect place for annual girls weekend. Let me explain how gracious they were. We had previously picked a different Airbnb and the moment we walked into the place realized we had been PUNKED. I wont get into that whole story but needless to say it was nothing like what was advertised and we actually felt unsafe. I reach out to Steven immediately and he responded right away. Although the reservation would mean us checking in within hours of the booking he was willing to accommodate us with very short notice. The communication was flawless and Steven was truly our saving grace for the trip. What turned into a rough start ended on a very high note. Thank you, again Steven!

Highly Recommend! Wonderful experience! Felt like a home away from home (only cleaner, better organized & beautiful decor! Loved the games & shed offerings! Home is spacious with excellent storage. I stayed with my 3 teen girls (I drove & brought a good amount of stuff! -- plenty of room!) We loved the deck! I had overthought this & compared to a million different properties from south to Rehoboth. Grateful I I chose this! The covered deck was incredible. I was nervous about it being covered & about being less private. I had no problems with with privacy on the deck. The deck being covered was amazing. When it rained, could be outside & enjoy. When sunny, still got sun and could have much needed shade. I'm a nature lover -- most incredible moon rise over the ocean, stars & sunrise and more. We ate out there, played games, enjoyed the hammock. Sofa bed is comfortable! The online photos are nice, but don't do justice. Great vibe! Laura is a 5 star Amazing Host! Love to Return Again! TY

This property was well appointed and very comfortable. The view from the unit was spectacular with views of Assateaque Island and Assawoman Bay. Loved being able to enjoy the sunsets. I appreciated the balcony shade so much in the afternoons. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. Easy walk or bike ride to the boardwalk and inlet activities. The pool was private and well maintained. Would definitely consider booking again.

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. We had a wonderful stay at Jason’s home! The house was spotless, beautifully modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The linen service was top-notch, and the towels were honestly the fluffiest we’ve ever felt! The location was quiet, safe, and surrounded by friendly neighbors—perfect for a peaceful break but still close to everything. We especially loved fishing right from the backyard and appreciated the thoughtful extras like the wagon and beach chairs, which made our beach days so much easier. Jason was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a beautiful escape!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Bobs!! We will be back! Quiet and peaceful but close to all the attractions too, just a short 20 min drive to OCMD. Perfect for families and huge yard for kids to play. Washer & dryer a huge plus! The sunrise is amazing from the dock, just a short walk and you’re there. Our favorite was the moon over the water at night, absolutely stunning. We hope to go back next year! Best place we have stayed in a long time!

This was a beautiful, clean, well-kept home in a nice neighborhood. We learned of it through word-of-mouth and were not disappointed. The living areas upstairs and downstairs are spacious and allowed for great quality time with the whole family. We"ll definitely want to stay there again if it's available for our next trip to the area. I must say that the host was frickin amazing. He was truly a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly helpful and so understanding that I'd want to support any properties he owns. This was an all-around great experience. We wish our trip wasn't so short. There are grocery stores a few minutes away in both directions. My husband walked the pier and said it was really nice. In short, highly recommended.

Janice’s house was lovely! Great location. It looks just like the pictures. The view from the living room and back deck is stunning. The house was very tidy. Janice communicated well and promptly. The only disappointment was that there is no screen door in the master bedroom, and therefore, I couldn’t enjoy leaving the sliding doors open, which I love to do when staying in a waterfront home. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

Such a peaceful location! We loved our stay. Sandra’s place was exactly as described and very comfortable. The king size bed was especially comfy. Lots of amenities and very clean. Would definitely stay here again when in the Assateague/Ocean City area.

My family has a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. the hosts were accommodating in that we needed an extended stay and were very responsive. The location is nice, it's walkable to the beach. Also with a short walk you can see the sunrise or sunset. Waterfront access is nice although we didn't utilize it. The unit looks as advertised. It was cozy for our stay. The couch was comfortable. The hosts have gone out of their way to provide utensils and other kitchen items that were very useful for our time there. We are very grateful for our time there and would recommend it highly.

Stayed for the weekend after Thanksgiving and it was a great experience. The house was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom shower was awesome. The best part of the house is the view out over the bay. It’s really peaceful and a great spot to have coffee and watch the sunrise. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place! It was spacious, quiet, and well appointed. It was nice to have all linens in a sealed clean bag, ready to put on the bed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

we have stayed at Susan’s place several times over the years and it never disappoints! the view from the balcony, easy access to the beach, and the beautiful condition of the condo keeps us coming back year after year. Susan is very responsive and flexible as a host and always makes sure we have a great stay.

Listing is better than you think it is! Great location (I was nervous about it because we usually stay closer to 120th St) it was very private and peaceful. Big bonus that it is right over the bridge (no extra traffic lights!) The kitchen is fully stocked - we wound up bringing a lot that we didn’t need. The pullout couch is also one of the most comfortable I’ve ever been on. Beautifully decorated and updated. Might book again this season!

Beautiful place with the best views!!! Great area. The pool was awesome and heated most days and with the cold/cloudy days we had, that was a treat especially for my daughter. It was never busy or crowded and had very friendly staff. All VERY nice families/couples stayed here- no noise or ruckus at night. Julie was responsive and quick. My only “concern” Would be no screen door on deck but luckily we didn’t get many flies/birds up that high (14th floor). Still I would have loved to sleep with the sliding door open listening to the ocean. It had two bed rooms and all was decorated nicely. We had such a GREAT time and absolutely LOVED Fountainhead and would definitely stay again!!

This was a perfect location for a long weekend at the beach. The beds are super comfortable and the location is truly perfect. Parking was easy and covered. Felt homelike with all the amenities. Definitely planning a return here!

The Golden Sands was in a very convenient location with a perfect ocean view. The place was clean throughout. Jennifer was responsive. Bringing linens and towels was not an issue for us. There is laundry in the unit which is extremely convenient. Many luggage carts are available. N.B.: Despite the huge parking lot, do not expect to secure even a single parking spot for a visitor.

This is my favorite place to stay in OC and I have been coming here for over 20 years. Great location, family friendly, Betty is a super host! Will keep coming here year after year!

Cozy condo & very clean. Beautiful view. Saw two dolphins! Cocoanuts restaurant is a 2 min walk if you want a quick meal after a long drive arriving. Most restaurants are a short drive 1-5 minutes including the boardwalk. If you Uber they arrived within 1 minute at our condo. Patrick was very responsive as we had a language issue with the TV and he stayed up late to resolve it which was very appreciated. He responded within minutes at a late hour. Elevator access to 5th floor. Very large comfortable bed with good AC. Two beach chairs provided & a fully stocked coffee bar. Comfortable living area. Can beat hearing the waves at night from the balcony. Overall great stay and would stay again!
