Be welcome to our home, you will enjoy a private relaxing room. Our lovely home is comfortably placed 5 minutes from Downtown Coatepec. One of the most beautiful historic places in Veracruz. This 400 year old town has the most delicious gourmet coffee you have ever tasted, the weather is also great, around 25C. We live 10 minutes from Xalapa, 20 minutes from Xico and 30 minutes from Jalcomulco. So you can visit amazing waterfalls, see beautiful orchids, go rafting and shopping in the same day.

Centrally located vintage house

Vintage house on the upper floor has a bedroom, a bathroom exclusively for you, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen with a shared refrigerator and stove. Basic breakfast is included. Very close to the house you will find a mini supermarket, bakery, laundry, cheap kitchen, greengrocer and more. In addition, you will be a 5-minute drive from the Church and Mercado San José and the Jesús te ampare Alley and 10 minutes from the historic center. We do not have an elevator on this property.

Nice mini suite, good location

NOT SUITABLE FOR DEMANDING GUESTS, it is a cheap place to stay, separate entrance. Good location to get to know Xalapa on foot, electric shower, closet, and fan. Spiral staircase to enter, read carefully please. IT IS NOT A HOTEL, Super Che, banks, UV zone, Av. Ruiz Cortines, gym, Los Tecajetes, historic center, Los Lagos, Parque Juárez. The velodrome. Los Sauces, transportation to Coatepec, Xico, just a 2-minute walk. There is traffic noise in the area, it is not in our hands.

Private room in Monte Magno. Xalapa

I have a private room, very comfortable, easily fit two people, (if you need one more we can negotiate it I have one more space) although in Xalapa it is not needed, the rooms have climate. Exclusive shower bathroom for guests with shampoo and individual soaps. I include towels so they don't load extra into their suitcase, and the washer and dryer is available for them to grill their travel clothes. They can cook, I just ask them to leave the premises clean.

Top floor of this home. Its about 900 sqft, with Locked door. It has a 2 Queen Beds and 2 Twin beds. Their is a kitchenette with fridge and stove. The main bathroom is located on the 1st floor. Optional Meals provided for extra $60 pesos per person, they can be premade or cooked once a day, minimum 4 person meals. Typical, Rice, Beans, Tortillas and Daily Special - Requests can be made with adjustment to price of cost of food.
