Minimalist house, very cozy and comfortable, excellent natural lighting, a space where you can relax and feel at home. It has two comfortable spaces for working from home (Home Office). It provides all the basic amenities (WiFi, cable TV, water, electricity, hot water and washing machine). Ideal for vacationing as it is located 45 minutes from Nayaritas beaches, 15 minutes from downtown Tepic (Amado Nervo Museum, Cathedral, etc.) and 5 minutes from the Main Square of Xalisco, Nayarit.
