It is less than 1km from the N1, just off Bloemfontein's main street, Nelson Mandela Drive. 2.4km from the University of the Free State. Less than 5km from hospitals and major schools in town. We are 300m from a driving range, to hit some golf balls. Safe running routes. There is another Airbnb on the property since 2019.
