We rent out Room 203, the entire private bungalow with a loft, where you can enjoy the entire cozy private space with your family, friends... Go up the outdoor stairs from the first floor of the house, Room 203 is on the right hand side, the keypad is hanging on the door, you can enter after you get the key. The standard bed in Room 203 is a 1.5m double tatami in the loft, and you need to climb a simple wooden ladder to reach the loft. The wooden ladder is a bit steep, guests who are not comfortable with it, please contact the host in advance, we will prepare the sofa bed in the living room for you. Please note that⚠️ if you need to use the 1.4m sofa bed in the living room, please contact us in advance at the time of booking and we will prepare the necessary bedding for the sofa bed. Hello everyone. I am Yutaka & Lino, and I live with my family of three in Tokyo. This villa in Chiba Prefecture is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is a very relaxing home. Our villa is inconvenient to access by train, so I recommend coming by car. Passing through a narrow rice field road, there is a three-story house with a garden. There is Wi-Fi and a workspace on the 1st and 2nd floors, making it comfortable for long workations. The ■first floor is a kitchen & living room adjacent to the garden 　Feel free to use the wine cellar and hot plates The ■2nd floor is a bedroom with large windows and sunlight streaming in 　Relax by the fireplace 　You can watch your favorite videos on the projector The rooftop terrace on the■ 3rd floor has a beach bed, folding pool, and hot water shower ■The large yard has a pond and you can dine on a wooden deck surrounded by nature At night, you can enjoy a bonfire and glamping while watching the starry sky You can also enjoy BBQ in the garden if you bring a BBQ set (* We do not sell charcoal, etc. Thank you for your understanding) 10 minutes by car to the sea.
