Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Yakima County

The eight of us enjoyed our stay here very much. There was plenty of room for all of us! We could be all together or spread out in smaller groups or individually. The view is spectacular. The owners were out of town but a special shout-out to the farm manager who handled the few issues we had quickly and efficiently. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The house is slightly dated and could use a few updates here and there but mostly, we felt like royalty up there on top of the hill!

We loved the place and did not want to leave. It was so lovely inside and out. We really enjoyed how the sitting areas around the house are so comfy and inviting. The yard is very well cared for too. Ken was very friendly and accomadating.

Set well back from the road, it's peaceful and private. The neighborhood is great for an after-dinner walk, lots of gardens and mature trees. We loved the comfy sofa and the gas stove, and the king-sized bed was nice.

A great 3 day stay here while we attended a wedding in the Ellensburg area. It was perfect for our group. Very spacious home and set on a beautiful large lot. Corey was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Yakima! The house was beautiful—spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Best of all, it’s located right across from the most stunning park, which made for the perfect peaceful morning walks. Everything was just as described (if not better), and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Jackie was such a great host! The house was very clean and was a great getaway for our family! My kids loved being there and definitely can’t wait to go back whenever we are in Yakima! Thank you so much for being amazing!

What a wonderful house! A true gem for Harry Potter fans! Beyond just being comfortable and well-equipped, we were amazed by the abundance of thoughtful details and the impressive Harry Potter library. It’s clear that the hosts truly love and cherish their home. The terrace is stunning, the wood-burning fireplace is real, and the bedding is absolutely luxurious. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Airbnb's location was perfect for town access, and the large fenced yard was a huge hit with our dogs, giving them plenty of space to play. The living room was super comfy too! Our host was outstanding – incredibly nice, responsive, and thoughtful, even leaving us a lovely anniversary basket! Just a heads-up for future guests: The beds weren't the most comfortable we've ever had and the dog training area is right in front of the house. You can see and hear daily training sessions through the fence, which could be a bit challenging for reactive or easily startled dogs. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would recommend it!

Great place to stay in downtown Yakima - Diane is an awesome host!

我们一家四口在这里度过了非常美好的时光! 房子的空间大小正好符合我们的需求，房子里面的设施非常实用，厨具丰富，方便我们给孩子们做各种美食。房东响应及时，能够快速处理我们遇到的问题。地理位置非常好，无论去什么地方比如超市、医院、学校或者各种政府办公场所，几乎开车去都在10分钟以内解决，并且有多种选择。不得不说，作为有孩子的家庭，我们非常喜欢周围的各种绿地公园，充足的阳光，安静而又安全的社区，让我们居住在这里非常舒心。

Diane was a great host. Communicative and helpful. Everything was as described and there were even some snacks and water bottles in the kitchen.

all good and as advertised. the only issue, which is nothing the host can control, due to location (downtown) the noise from the main road right under the unit makes it difficult to rest without being disturbed

Well appointed, cozy place on a lake - what's not to love?

This place is so cute, perfect size for 1 or 2 people to enjoy time in Yakima for pleasure or leisure. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, a nice couch to read on, a lovely table to sit and dine/work at. The bedroom was nice, and spacious bathroom. Walking distant to a lot! I enjoyed the older building this was located in and seeing the older lights and things. Will definitely consider staying again if back in thr area!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home, and we would stay there again. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown. The people in the neighborhood would say or wave Hi when where we were at running. Overall, a hidden little treasure for those that know.

Our Bridmar Apt. #206 was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for our weekend getaway: quiet, super clean and comfy bed. Communication with Diane was easy and quick. Entry codes were provided in advance and entry was easy. Top tip: to use the elevator enter via the right door. When entering through the left door, there’s a lovely waft of clean herbal scents from the adjacent soap store. We were not cooking lavish meals so the provided kitchen equipment fit the bill and the apt-sized dishwasher was a nice perk! There were a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and we were comfortable walking at night. Parking was a little restrictive right in front of the building (be sure to read the signage) but we found convenient, free, parking a block away near the Franz Bakery. The only negative we have is the shower curtain liner should probably be replaced. We’d definitely stay here again!
